~Welcome to my wee art website!!!  I have been creating all sorts of things ever since I was a small child, much to the chagrin of my poor mother who had to clean up all the splashed paints on the walls, melted crayons on the iron and not to mention whatever I had spilled on myself on any given day! I recently began a transition from doing art as my  "hobby to stay sane", to a more professional, "maybe I can make some money doing what I love" sort of philosophy. This is the beginnings of my artist portfolio. I have a general representation of my art and what I do on these pages... Just click from one to another to peruse the collection thus far. I know some artists get all into their take on what art is and how smart they often sound...but for me, I just imagine places where I would be happy existing at that very moment and whatever occurs to me at the time, is usually what gets put down on my paper. My art, as an adult, began as an escape from the daily grind but has since morphed into what I hope makes the viewer smile and relax. Life is hard enough these days and if I can give someone a moment to relax and enjoy one of my works, then that is enough.  I am thankful that you are visiting my website and I hope you enjoy your viewing!
